Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, using the website, using the Neurolith Discord bot, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, End User License Agreement (EULA), Acceptable Use Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use Neurolith.

What Neurolith Is
Neurolith is an automated analysis tool for crypto tokens, mainly memecoins. You paste a token's contract address and Neurolith reads live market data, scores the risks with AI and returns a buy, hold or sell call with the probability of each outcome and a confidence score.
Neurolith is not financial advice. Calls are automated, probabilistic and can be wrong. Neurolith is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or fiduciary, does not execute trades and never asks for access to your wallet, keys or funds. Read the Risk Disclosure before relying on any call.

Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
- You sign in with an email link or with Discord. Give us an email address you can access, and keep access to that inbox and to your Discord account secure: whoever controls them controls your Neurolith account.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Plans & Payment
Neurolith offers the plans shown on the Pricing page, currently:
- Free: a limited number of calls per day on the fast model.
- Per call: a single analysis for a one-time price.
- Monthly: a monthly subscription with a set number of calls on the fast model.
- Unlimited: a monthly subscription with unlimited calls on the flagship model, subject to fair use.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices; for subscriptions, a change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance.
- Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

Free Limits & Fair Use
Free and guest use is limited to a number of calls per day, reset at midnight UTC. Limits are shown on the website and may change. Unlimited plans are for one person's own use; automated, bulk or shared use of an Unlimited plan is not "unlimited" use and may be limited or suspended.

Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Neurolith lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. You alone decide whether to trade, what to trade and how much, and you are responsible for the results of those decisions and for any taxes or legal obligations that come with them.

Intellectual Property
Neurolith's website, bot, models, software, design, name and logo belong to Neurolith. Your right to use the service and the calls it produces is set out in the EULA. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

Availability & Changes
Neurolith is under active development and parts of it are offered as an early preview. We may add, change or remove features, supported chains or data sources, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems with third-party providers (such as market data sources, AI providers, Discord or hosting). We aim to keep Neurolith running well but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Suspension & Termination
- You can stop using Neurolith and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, attempt fraud, or put the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Neurolith is provided "as is" and "as available". Calls, scores and market data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and we make no promise that any call will be accurate or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurolith is not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any call. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Neurolith in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and we will announce material changes on the website or in our Discord server before they take effect. Continuing to use Neurolith after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
