What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information Neurolith collects when you use the website, the Discord bot or a paid plan, how it is used, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address and display name. If you sign in with or link Discord, we also receive your Discord user ID, username and profile picture.
- Sign-in sessions: when you sign in we keep a session record, including the IP address and browser type used, to keep you signed in and to protect your account.
- Calls you run: when you are signed in, each analysis is saved to your history with the token address, chain, the result and the time, and counted toward your daily limit.
- Waitlist: if you join the waitlist, your email address and, if you give it, your Discord username.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We keep your plan, billing status and transaction references, never your full card number.
- Technical information: your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. Your browser also stores your theme choice and dashboard layout locally on your device.

How We Use Your Information
- To run Neurolith: sign you in, run analyses, keep your history and track your daily usage.
- To give you your roles in the Neurolith Discord server when you link your account.
- To send sign-in links, receipts and important service messages by email or Discord.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and attacks on the service.
- To improve Neurolith, including checking how well past calls matched what happened next. That analysis uses token and market data, not your identity.

Sharing of Information
We share information only with service providers that help run Neurolith, and only what they need:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website, bot and database.
- Our email provider, to deliver sign-in links and service emails.
- Discord, when you sign in with Discord, link your account or use the bot.
- Our payment provider, to process payments.
- Market data and AI providers receive the token address and market data being analysed, never your personal information.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention
We keep your account, history and usage while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account data and call history are deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Waitlist entries are kept until launch or until you ask us to remove them. Anonymous analysis records that contain no personal information may be kept to improve Neurolith.

Your Rights & Choices
- You can see your history and account details in your dashboard.
- You can delete your account and history at any time: Dashboard, then Account, then Delete account.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
- You can unlink Discord or opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

Cookies & Local Storage
Neurolith uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is needed for the service to work and is not used for advertising or tracking. Your theme and dashboard layout are stored in your browser, on your device only. If we add analytics, we will use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics and update this policy.

International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where they do, we rely on providers that protect personal data to recognised standards.

Children
Neurolith is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. Neurolith has no passwords to leak: you sign in with single-use email links that expire after 15 minutes, or with Discord. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
